Is it hype or the real deal?
The staff are warm and helpful, and the on-site dining options are fantastic with a lovely atmosphere. My room had great amenities!
The rooftop bar wasn't open , a slight disappointment since I had hoped to enjoy some sunset views there.

The kids had a blast at the pool and we loved the relaxing atmosphere. The beach shuttle made getting to the shore so easy. We enjoyed a good breakfast at the attached restaurant, especially the fresh juice and tropical fruits!
My kids wished for a playground or play area nearby.

It was a decent option for a brief hiatus in Tulum with excellent value. The rooftop bar at sunset was a nice touch, even if it wasn't open. Consider bringing earplugs for a quieter night.

missingWrote a review on 25 Juncozy spacegreat locationnatural lightnoisy environment
The junior suite with balcony offered a cozy space perfect for families, with ample natural light and a nice view. I appreciated the proximity to Tulum Pueblo.
A couple of things stood out as minor inconveniences. The hotel had noticeable street noise at night and a rooster that could definitely interrupt sleep. The dining experience for breakfast could be a test of patience. We faced an hour wait, and the coffee could use an upgrade too. The wooden chair at the desk just wasn't comfy for longer periods-made me haul in a pillow to keep working.

During my recent business trip, I found the Biwa to be a comfortable and convenient choice. The staff was helpful, allowing me to extend my stay with ease when my schedule changed. The room was well-equipped with a small kitchen, including a fridge, perfect for keeping drinks chilled. The pool area offered a lovely environment for relaxation after work, with ample sunlight in the morning and shade in the afternoon.
Bathroom lighting could be improved.
